Hi I have the same question I have read what was posted above mentions a charge? But no mention of how much the charge is to change the bill date ?

I've just called to change my billing date and was told there was a charge.

Hi @Jenna301,

Welcome to the Community!

You won't be charged to change your billing date, however, you may be charged slightly more to your bill, due to pro rata charging.

Say you recieve your bill for £30 on 10th every month. You then call to change to 20th each month. You previous bill would run 10th March - 9th April, for example. This would still happen, but you would then be charged around £10, for the time between 9th April - 19th April. Then your next  ill would be for 20th April - 19th May.

You aren't being charged any extra, it's just to cover the change in days.
