We're moving house from ****** to ******but the moving has been delayed because some things have to be fixed in the new house. My wife would not wait to start with a new contract in the new place. Hence, another contract has been taken up. This overrides any plan or choice I earlier made for the new place. I now want the contact cancelled before Installation. We have not received the delivery of the router, however.

@taiwoafalade : Were you originally moving your EE BB to the new house under EE's Home Move procedure but your wife forestalled you by ordering BB from another ISP?
Which order do you want to cancel? If the other ISP's your wife will need to cancel it as it's in her name. In any case that order may be blocked as EE would already have an order in for that addy.

I need an email address to contact in order to cancel the order please. If you can't help with my choice, then you've not helped me. We're in for the cancellation of the EE BB.

EE has no email addy for contact. This user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account. You need to call CS to cancel. Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 1) in my sig.
