Can you stipulate where fibre enters the premises?

As per title really.

Looking at getting FTTP now that open reach have got around to providing fibre to my local telegraph pole.

I currently have Airband FTTP from the same pole. This enters the house on the first floor, directly above the copper entry point on the ground floor. Fibre entry to the ground floor is pointless as there is no power socket anywhere near the ground floor entry point (20ft and 2 doors to the nearest power)

Can I get the installers to run their fibre into the house at the same point as the Airband fibre on the first floor.?
