Can't access wifi controls

Hi there 

I have just switched over from BT to EE yesterday and I also cannot access wifi controls from my android phone. 

I have read a few comments, rather quickly gathered, this is obviously a common issue. 

Is this issue going to be fixed or has it been for anyone using ios devies / ex BT Customers?
