Can't access private mail server.

Following my house move my broadband was installed March 27th. I noticed that I could not access my private email server. however I could access my email using the mobile network (EE) and on broadband using my VPN app. I did some testing.

1) without the VPN - Pings did not respond and a traceroute did not resolve.

2) with the VPN (using a London Connection) - Pings did respond and traceroute resolved to the correct server.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Who is your email provider? What have you put as the Incoming Server settings (all of them) in your Mail app, obscuring your name?

How are you trying to get there? Are you using a browser or an email client or app?
