Our broadband has been down since last night. It says connected and the light is green but there’s no internet connection what so ever. We’ve tried everything: resetting the router 3 times, turning it on and off three times and power cycling the modem. It’s an hour wait to speak to someone and we’re burning through our data on our phones. We can even connect to the EE page that lets you check the connection in your area, it just says service unavailable. Does anyone know what’s going on or have any suggestions of things we can try to get things up and running? I really don’t want to wait an hour to speak to someone😭

Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router & WiFi extenders do you have (read label or post a pix)?

Hey, that sounds very typical of a restricted service due to an unpaid bill or so.
The only services you can connect to is ee.co.uk to pay your bill, I'm not suggesting you need to pay your bill but that's exactly what it sounds like, I hope this was somewhat helpful!
