I don't have ethernal sockets at home , the engineer visited my flat and he could not do anything to provide me internet connection.
I am thinking about to buy ethernal adapter to have connection to the internet.
I have receive the internet box and it is working but the issue is with the ethernal.
Have you got any idea what I can do?

Why do you think you need Ethernet sockets at home? Most peeps don't. What are you trying to do?
You just connect all your devices directly to the router either by Ethernet cable or by WiFi.
Which EE BB package do you have? Which router have you got?

Hello Maria, firstly you need to start again. Making sure all the connections are firmly in place. Check the network on the router allowing to work for Cople of minutes. Before you do a start. You are on the right track ...
