I think l need to get upto date so l can use tge features on my t.vand tablet as l have no connections as l am a long standing customer can you do this for me ,I'm 68 and a bit of a dinosaur.x

What is it that you need help with? Which TV package do you have and what help do you need with the tablet?

@Mike1955 you say you are a long standing customer, so what services do you have now?
It seems you have internet access, is it via a mobile? If so do you get a good mobile signal where you are?
Do you have a landline? If so is it in a traditional location for example a hallway, or is it anywhere near your TV? The latter makes it a lot easier to connect your TV to the internet.
There are lots of options, but also lots of solutions, the key is getting the best one for you.
