Hi @Pablo7607,

Welcome to the Community!

When you have broadband installed then there can be a settling period of up to 10 days, so this is may what is happening, but if you do continue to have issues then please feel free to reach out to our team, and they will be happy to help. Can I just double check if your broadband is with BT or EE?

Rach

It is from BT.

@Pablo7607 If you are reporting speeds of 300Mb/s are you on a Full Fibre connection or a copper G.Fast, would NOT expect you to be G.Fast as a new user but you never know.... Full Fibre no 10 day's settling in, but new Hub, new Wifi do watch what that is like, NO two hubs are the same..... See the link as you do not say what you have. All the EE is below, if BT go check there hub range.

Welcome to BT’s official support community.

@Pablo7607 : Then you should be reporting your issues to BT, not on an EE user discussion forum.

@Rach_H : There is no settling down period for Full Fibre.

@JimM11 : BB installed yesterday won't be G.Fast.
