Does anyone know when the issue with  broadband parental controls will be resolved? It’s been a few weeks now it hasn’t worked

@ianwoodward142 The app was recently updated to version 5.41.0, have you checked that and if any functionality has worked. 

The app version is 5.41.0 and still doesn’t work. I have recently moved from BT to EE

@ianwoodward142 Have you reported your issue to EE CS?

I have reported it twice and got 2 different answers. One said it would be Friday 2 weeks ago and another one said they are working on it as it’s a known issue but no time scale

@ianwoodward142 It's been like this for months for many customers. EE keep rolling out updates and it's never fixed. Best advise I can give you, buy a 3rd party router system that has parental controls. That's what I did and never looked back. Sadly new EE just wasn't ready for prime time and we've all been beta testers lol.

Can someone fill me in on this issue please? I paused the wifi on kids device last week, have gone to switch it back on today and groups are no longer showing in the app, I can’t set up any groups and I can’t pause or unpause the wifi on any devices = we now have a games console in the house we can’t use because it won’t connect to the internet and I can’t control it via the app anymore…

@clairelouisev In the app Refresh devices and your groups will re appear.

Have refreshed devices and refreshed groups, still no joy! Have also uninstalled and reinstalled app, rebooted router… any other ideas?

@clairelouisev Just checked mine looks like the update to 5.41.0 version has broken everything you just could not make it up!!!!

To get mine back working and i have android, went to apps, selected EE, clicked set as default in this app,  clicked supported web addresses, and turned on myaccount.ee.co.uk. Powered of phone, 1 min restarted phone, launched EE went to broadband and all groups are back....  The whole app is really flaky just now, looks like it is something to do with schedules but may allow you to at least turn the device on.
