Broadband down, in Narborough, Leicester - Anyone having the same

Whiffy1
Visitor

Broadband down since Sunday - now on day 3 of no service…can anyone / ee relate…?

Having to take steps with another supplier to get service.

EE have simply shared its down with nothing more…

Feel I am being forced into a scenario whereby I am having to take action as ee unable to communicate as I have no broadband and the “status checker” advised on the web site does not work, I’m using a neighbours wifi who does have service frustratingly. Don’t wish to leave but feel I have no alternative, the current time I’ve had no service is not acceptable, no offer of support from ee, failure to supply service forcing me to get another supplier.

@Whiffy1  If EE know there is an issue in that area it’ll be worked on and depending on what the issue is it could take awhile to fix.  Issue do happen for various reasons that are out of EE/Open reach’s control.
The actual issue could be anything from a cabinet to a line that feeds the cabinet.    I know there was an issue late Thursday/Friday in that area as it affected my work place.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
