I have just recently changed to EE and my installation isn’t due until the 14th so no active broadband but says on my app that my bill is due on the 9th of this month. Is this now it works. Paying for something i don’t have installed yet? Tia

@Karif84 Changed from who to EE, on the e-mail that you received there would be an installation and activation date or dates if not all done on the same day, billing will start on the activation or go live date, from that point on and about 7/8 day's from then EE will take the first payment, you always pay one month in advance for BB.
