Broadband account would link with my ee phone account

 everything is set up but still saying this in app 

any ideas?

When you say everything is set up, do you mean your broadband is now active, but it is still showing the pending order in the EE app?

@amylmoore If you login to your account through the EE website and choose the orders section, do you see the same there?

Are you able to view your broadband account details on either the app or website or is it just taking your to the order screen?
