The broadband worked OK on BT, but the EE one failed. The router flashes Aqua. This is days after the switchover supposedly occurred. I seem to recall this happening with my last EE house move. Any advice or should I just wait till the help desk opens in 10 hours time?

Not sure I understand - have you just moved, or have you changed provider?
Changes would not normally happen on a Saturday or over the weekend.
Have you had any notification from EE to say your broadband should be working?

What does it say after you log into the router:
Obscure your names & any digits in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the IP addy. This will tell us at which stage EE have got to.
Does the landline phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?
