My router was working fine until this morning when I noticed the WiFi on my mobile was disconnected, checked the router and the broadband light was flashing amber.
I reset but still the same, left it as I went out, still the same this evening. texted the diagnostic team who ran a check on the line and said no problems with the line into my flat.
They are now closed for the evening so I can't get anymore help. I've done a factory reset as well and that's not helped either.
Any ideas?

Check that your BB Username & pwd are set correctly.
