Been moved from BT FullFiber 900 to EE fullfiber 900, I was told no settings would change and there would be no drop in service.
im using Netgear Orbi 960’s plugged direct into the ONT box, everything’s been working fine but at 2am the internet no longer connects.
the ONT box is showing 3 green lights but the Netgear Orbi is waiting for internet.
the Netgear is set up with the bt 3rd party router login
bthomehub@btbroadband.com
and password is blank
am I missing something with EE? Should there be a different setting?
im not using the EE smart hub

It could just be the move from BT to EE.

Unfortunately not.
I've contacted EE and it appears the switch has been messed up and the new EE package hasn’t been activated on my account, although I was told it would be on the 19th December with no break in service.
I’m now trying to get this activated today, which is proving a nightmare.
sadly not impressed by this with EE.
