BT modem

My router seems to be an issue since migrating from BT to EE. My issue is associated with access and often It cuts out entirely. Are there any way that I can improve my network?

@Est_Elixir You do not say what you have equipment wise, so quickest way would be to contact EE CS and have them run a diagnostic to your system if they can do so to see if there are any apparent faults.

Solution found! The QR code at the back of the modem doesn’t match the name of the Wifi! I believed a troll had changed this for some giggles!

@Est_Elixir   Not a troll, but you probably did that yourself! The app changes the default router SSID if you ask it to migrate your old settings, so I prsume the settings are the same as your old router?

But glad you got it sorted, thanks for updating us.

QR codes, linking router with app & WiFi SSIIDs have absolutely nowt to do with the router's performance & cutting out. So I'm nor clear what problem has been solved.
