BT handover failed

Was sold the change over to BT months ago and have just been cut off with BT stating they could not take over my broadband and the issue is with EE who have now terminated my account.

Work from home due to disability and cannot work now as I have no Internet. Why was I sold the BT service and not informed it couldn't take place?

I'm sorry to hear there has been a problem with your switch to BT.

I'd recommend contacting BT who'll be able to see what needs to be done to get your new BT service up and running.
