Has anyone else been charged for not retuning equipment even though they’ve got proof it was delivered? Sent my old WiFi hub back on 13/05/26, Royal Mail confirmed delivery on the 15/05/26 and today I’m being told that I’m being charged £85 on my next bill because I haven’t returned it! There doesn’t seem to be any way to forward the evidence to EE either, so I’m not sure how I will get this resolved? Any help appreciated.
