Trying to add the 6 month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate pass after ugrading\switching from BT to my existing EE account. I don't see the option as per the instructions. The ai bot cannot help and calling 150 doesnt lead me a solution.

If you are unable to see the option to activate your Xbox Game Pass within the Manage Gaming section and it has been more than 2 weeks since the switch, one of our guides on 150 will need to send a form for you to help get it activated within 7 working days.

@cb163 I linked this previous but do please reach out to the poster to see that he got the solution for the charge removal as advised by EE to call and check. Think he got it working apart from it not being FREE.

Hi. thanks for your comments. In the EE email it stated not to activate within 2 weeks "If you try to claim it before then, you may be charged." Something changed with the process, i guess. Will call 150. cheers.
