Does anyone from EE ever give you any idea about what's happening people, with your upgrades for the s25, you've paid money out, they're after old phone before you get new phone, Sorry aint getting mine, I've fulfilled my part of the contract, you EE aint fulfilled yours, we aint paying extra if we have NOT GOT THE NEW PHONE  WE UPGRADED FOR! SO KEEP YOUR RETURN ENVELOPES AND SEND THEM WITH THE NEW PHONE, and the end of the months bill since you've got us to upgrade,  our bills, if lower on new contract should be that price monthly as from your acceptance of the upgrade, and not what your old mobile bill is. getting bigger isn't always good, communication is zero, you want to keep your customers start giving out advise and updates, not excuses or keeping quiet.

PEOPLE ARE GETTING FED UP.

Hi @Davidc51, @DarrenC19 & @joe19634,

Welcome to the EE Community

If you are looking to check on the status of your order I would recommend giving us a call on 150 and one of our guides will be able to check your account for an update, we have no access to your orders via the community forum.

If you are trading in your old phone the returns bag is sent separately from the new phone but you don't need to send the old one back until you have the new phone.

Hi @Vickylea85

Welcome to the community.

If your old SIM card fits your new phone, you can just pop that in. If it doesn't, please give our customer support team a call and they'll make sure to register it fully to your number.
