I ordered my phone. It arrived but no word on the watch? Am I best calling someone?

I had an email yesterday to say the order is on track. But they still have
no date from the supplier, so kind of contradiction. !

Pre ordered before release...20/10 still no phone. 😭😭😭. Got the email yesterday saying on track.. but all that really means is we don't know when or how long till you get the phone.  #disappointed

What is the point of preordering the phone if 8 days after launch it is still not delivered and there is not even an estimated delivery date? How can you say the order is on track? The order would be on track if it was delivered on the 12th, like they said it would.

In order to claim the free watch with the pro you need your phones IMEI number and it needs to be submitted to Google between 27 - 29 October. But if the phone isn't delivered by then we won't have the IMEI number and won't be able to claim because of EE's inability to order the correct quantity of phones.

@issathirty3 https://reward-promos.com/launch2023 . Claims can only be submitted after 14 days from the date the device is received and must be submitted by 29 November 2023.

 

So there is a bit of time to submit the claim for the watch as it's by 29th November.  But we need the phone 14 days before that date. 

 

If I don't get the phone in time, there will be a major complaint heading EE's way.

@Rambo991 the issue I see is that EE is now saying the phone should be delivered within 28 days of date of order. I ordered mine on 10 Oct. "up to" 28 days from order takes me past the 29th October deadline for the watch claim. Which will be really frustrating having this happen through no fault of my own.

Haven't been back on here since I got my phone but wanted to comment that the following day after delivery (last Thursday)  I started to get the EE comms despatch including DPD notification even though the device was delivered 🤔

Hope the members who havent got their device gets them soon 🤞

Doesnt look like the phone is arriving anytime soon. Also doesn't look like we'll be able to claim the watch.

I spoke to someone on Thursday, they said that if the phone was ordered
within the timeframe they will honour the watch claim. So only time will
tell. !

Ordered a pixel 8pro on the 11th October, got a confirmation of order but nothing else , no info on the tracker , nothing from DPD on nothing on my account saying I've ordered anything.

If I order online now ,it says expect within 3 days.

I pre ordered this phone to be delivered to store 1 day before release. 2 weeks later no updates from the app, store keep saying they're waiting on a DPD delivery, talking to someone on the app they cannot provide any updates. We have truly been left in the dark. It's now 2 days before we need to start claiming the Google pixel watch 2 as per the deal that we bought the phone on and we have no idea if we will receive the phone in time for the closing date. Truly disappointed at the moment that not one single person is able to provide a sufficient update as to where the phone is or when it will be delivered.

Ordered the 256gb pro in obsidian on the 11th online. After very little communication from EE, I've had my phone delivered today. I was told a week ago it would be up to 28 days. Hopefully this is a good sign for everyone still waiting as didn't have to wait as long as EE advised.

@ropf Well this is abit of a joke as an advisor said to me that there's a backlog of orders and that there's a waiting list apparently lmao which is clearly a lie if yoi ordered on the 11th and got your phone while i ordered on the 7th and I'm still waiting.. This is all a joke EE

I placed my order on the 14th for the pixel 8 pro still no update on dispatch or delivery do you know when this is likely to get updated the shop says usually dispatched within 7 days
