I am intrigued how this has been named Apple One, when it isn't actually Apple One! The actual Apple One includes news and fitness plus. This is just the old offer with some cloud storage (and roaming) added.

@Simon1231e Actually, this is identical to the Apple One Individual plan. Only the Apple One Premier plan includes News+ and Fitness+

I was interested in finding out whether I can upgrade this version of Apple One on Full Works to Apple One Premier (via Apple directly) and just pay the difference? 

So instead of paying the £29.95 per month for Premier, can I just pay the £15 difference between the Individual and Premier plans?

 I might possibly be able to help you with your question, on the old full works plan, they didn’t let you pay the full. I wanted to do the same. Maybe it ch with the slightly altered plan, but I doubt it, which would be a shame because we are offering to pay extra money!

I just ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max on the full works plan, I was told I can have BT Sport by 2 people from customer service

but the way this reads that on an iPhone you get apple one, 

the choose three doesn’t seem to make sense as almost all the options are in apple one 

so will I get BT Sport?

You can choose the Smart Benefit that’s right for you, including BT Sport if you select an eligible plan.

Apple One is automatically included when you select a Full Works Plan for iPhone, BT Sport is not included with the Full Works Plan for iPhone.

Once an eligible plan has started, you can pick your Smart Benefit in the My EE app, or by texting “Pick” to 150.

I think there is some misleading practices going on here, because I have just started a new full works plan with the iPhone 14 and was promised I would also be able to retain Bt sport as the additional smart benefit, yet when I try and add it it says it will cost £25! Missold to say the least and I am not happy at all…

Yup, I get the responsive “You are on a full works plan so have all benefits” - from what I can tell, I’ve been lied to, as there is no contract available on the shop any more when you can have both Apple Music and BT Sport like I had previously. Will be raising a large complaint in the morning when they open

From what I can tell, it is one or the other (Apple One or BT Sport) and if that is the case, I will be extremely disappointed because I specifically asked when I renewed that I would be able to retain the current benefits I had and was told yes
