But the wait is up to 28 days, why hasn't EE effectively communicated this and what are they doing to compensate the wait time for their loyal customers?

Hi @Yooooo69,

I'm sorry to hear there is a wait for the phone you ordered. Orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis, and our team will be working hard to get it to you as soon as possible.

Estimated dispatch timescales are shown in our online shop and should be confirmed before placing an order with our sales team. If the you'd prefer to switch to a model that is available for immediate dispatch, please get in touch on 150.

Thanks

James

The iPhone 14 Pro is overpriced for what it is - if you buy it outright, it's now over £1000. If you get it on contract with EE, its £71 per month with £50 upfront for 25GB data (and speed capped at 100Mbps!). Given that the iPhone 14 Pro doesn't have basic features that even mid range Android phones have (it's not hard to create an in screen fingerprint scanner), it's just not worth the money. It's also designed to reject repair, including genuine parts from identical models of iPhone. Based on that, I won't be buying one.

And regarding "the UK'S best network"... really? I think EE's managers/advertising team need to travel to the following locations: Higham Ferrers, Great Staughton, Eye/Eye Green, Hunstanton, Hillington, just to name a few. The network just doesn't work at all in those locations.
