I'm having some problems connecting to the WiFi service on the underground. I've been in touch with CS multiple times now who don't seem to have any solutions.
Attempting to connect to the EE Wifi-Auto network gives a 'Check password and try again' error.
Connecting to the Virgin Media open WiFi an attempting to log in via the EE login button gives the error message 'To register for the WiFi service, please call Customer service' - which I have done. They have offered to reset the password for my account and also reset the password for the underground, neither of which has worked.
The service is showing under my addons section in my account, and I've also text EEWIFI to 9527 several times which says 'we've reset your service' but still the same error message appears.
Should also note I used to be able to connect fine with no problems up until earlier this year.
