EE Priority Answer service

We still aim to answer all calls as quickly as we can. 60% of calls to our contact centres are answered within seconds. There are occasions, however, when we are busier and some customers may wish to benefit from a faster service. This additional service allows customers to jump the queue if they are in a hurry for a small fee.

 

We’d also like make it clear that we would remove Priority Answer if there was a major issue or queues were too long for an exceptional reason. This only applies to routine situations where a customer wants to save a few minutes.
