I have requested a discount code from the EE Perk website but when I apply the code to any number of phone and sim only plans, I get the following message.
'Sorry, that voucher's not valid'
I requested the voucher in the last hour. Is there a delay between requesting the new code/voucher and when you are allowed to use it?
