Morning,
I upgraded my account yesterday as it was due and chose the Full Works 24m Unlimited plan which came with Smart Benefits.
Activated Apple TV+ no issue.
Apple Music however - its activated and working, but my family cannot access it even though we have Family Sharing setup Apple Music does not show up in it? 🤔
Obviously without access for my family to use Music too, its pretty pointless.
Can you advise?
There is not mention on the EE site regarding this cannot be done, however though I would investigate with you guys.
