I bought a phone yesterday and a watch from EE online. Ported my number over from giffgaff and it was completed this morning I’m now using my old giffgaff number on my new account, but now my Apple Watch data says it’s not available and I have no right to choose this option! It was working yesterday fine.
Watch has its own data plan which is unlimited, it has its own number which hasn’t changed but going through my settings on my iPhone to change allow the sync it says no!?
anyone help. I can’t call customer services as the wait times are terrible at the minute and I need this sorted ASAP. Thank you.
