Hello. I upgraded to an iPhone SE last night. As it doesn’t come with a charger or headphones will I be able to use my iPhone 8 ones?
Also will I’ve able to just put old sim in the new phone and keep the same number as I am staying with the same provider. Sorry I’m not very tech savvy.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

@Ronniex30 Yes you can and if it was an upgrade you’ll retain your number so you can just put your sim in the new device.

Hello @Ronniex30.
Welcome back.
Your phone may come with a new SIM but if your old SIM works OK you can continue to use this.
How did you process your upgrade?
Do you have access to your My EE account?
Katie 🙂

Hi Katy
yes I do. I looked earlier and it still gave me the option to upgrade so that’s why I got confused.
I then saw my new order and it showed a different phone number but now I’ve lost that too. I’m just not very savvy being so old.

I thought I clicked on upgrade but I’m not sure now. I don’t even know if I have bought the 2016 SE or the 2020.

Hi @Ronniex30.
Thanks for getting back to me.
So when you log in to your My EE account in the menu section does it show 2 numbers?
Speak soon,
Katie 🙂
