iPhone 7 help

Hi

my iPhone 7 has developed an issue

when I make or receive a call, the call connects but the line is dead to both parties

no sound at all as if each party has not connected but it clearly has

i have rebooted phone multiple times

can anyone suggest a solution (apart from throw it out of the window)

Is this issue present in one particular area (i.e your home, your work place)?

Can you enter the postcode for the area you are seeing this issue and see if it reports any issues in that area.
