I pre ordered my phone expecting delivery as promised when placing the order on release day. Soon after the status change to awaiting confirmation. Last week I received an update stating delivery expected 15th - 19th October which has now changed back to awaiting delivery. @ EE it’s very simple if you don’t have stock don’t sell!!! I should have just bought this from apple directly and not through you, friends of mine have upgraded after me and received their handsets the next day. I’m seriously thinking to just switch providers as you’d think if you were buying a £1500 item would prompt some form of regular accurate updates. I’m sick of this generic crap you guys send out. Either give me a date when you will be delivering or just say your not expecting anything in so I can buy from elsewhere.

Hi @Pritesh84
You might not know that there is a global supply shortage and a pandemic which shut down all of the world. The knock on effects are no manufacturing, a shortage of semiconductors, no shipping for best part of 12 month.
The device you want is high end and on Apple website says 17 Nov - 24 Nov delivery for that handset. As Apple will be prioritised then that should give you an idea of timescales.
If you receive it before then you are very lucky.
Thanks
