Hi I order iPhone 12 pro in 02 of November and still awaiting confirmation

Sorry to hear you haven't had any confirmation on your order as of yet.

 

This isn't unheard of unfortunately, I myself have had this happen on numerous occasions, as recently as yesterday when ordering a new Series 6 Apple Watch.

 

Best thing to do is call 150 and go through Option 1 to Account Queries and this should get you through to CS who will be able to confirm the details of your order and if there is anything - in terms of information - required to confirm your order.

 

It is unlikely that they will be able to email out the actual confirmation itself, as this is part of an automated process, however you will at least be able to get a verbal confirmation and text through to answer your concerns.

size & colour?

I only ask as I ordered mine on the 2nd Nov

iPhone pro 128GB Graphite.

I received message it is being Delivered today by DPD. 26/11/2020 (ref: start- end)
