Hi I’m wondering if you guys could help me out here? Last Sunday (1st of November) I went into an EE store to get my upgrade on a new phone which is going to be the new iPhone 12 Pro I got told in store that it would take a week to get delivered and now it’s says it’s not due in store between the 30th of November- 5th of December? I’m just wondering after getting told by a member of staff it would take a week but in fact I’ll be waiting a month now I’m just wondering why is this the case?

I ordered mine online 2 weeks ago. I was told 14 days. Today is the 14th day and my tracker updated to say expected delivery is 20th-25th of november. I got to work and looked again and now it’s saying 25th-30th november... This original 14 day period is now going to probably take over an entire month.

ordered mine 28th October instore I received text from EE last night and they confirmed its being delivered today just have to be patient depends on the colour and memory size you picked as there is a massive backlog fingers crossed its not too long for you

I just spoke to someone in complaints and after 30 minutes she said she can now confirm my order has been placed.. But it will probably be another 28 DAYS!! I've already waited 2 weeks. I phoned up the day i ordered and confirmed everything and even made the payment. She told me its because of apple stocks which is a joke because that would make it close to 2 whole months.

Demand is outstripping supply, and supply is affected by a variety of delays during production.  Plus add COVID-19 into the mix, and you've got yourself a long wait.
