I ordered this phone on the 27.12.20 with the delivery date stating mid December! Now it’s awaiting confirmation.
could you please let me know when I will get my phone, and how far I’m up this so called - first come, first served basis.
As it terrible service stating a date, and not fulfilling that. I’ve also tried to place an order for a like new phone - the same as I’m wanting as in stock. But when talking to an advisor. There is no such stock.

Assume you mean 27/11/2020, I ordered the pacific blue version on 6/12 and was quoted 14 days, but still waiting. I’ve received the order confirmed emails several times.
i think it’s Apple and not EE. Perhaps these Covid times are causing delays.

Yes I meant the 27.11.20.
it’s frustrating when I hear that other networks have the stock. As my mother in law went to o2 last week and was offered a iPhone 12 Pro.
but more frustrated at the fact there advertising like new ones available, when they don’t have them.

@cgove1985 , did your mother in law get it from an O2 store or online? Just asking as it could be the same as EE, where it could be available to get when shopping in store, rather than online, and it is down to Apple how many they ship out, as they are having difficulty getting the parts they need to make the phones during these times with Covid, so you will have a wait, as it will be delivered on a first come first served.
If you want more information, your best bet is to ring customer service, as they have access to accounts, unlike here in the forums.
Series 12 Apple phones seem to be very popular, as they are the first 5G Apple phones too, I have the pro max, and I am sure it will be well worth your wait.

I ordered a 12 pro max on the 27/11 also, I was told at time of order 24-48 hrs for delivery(🤣) since then I’ve only had 5 update messages, “order confirmed”, “order on track” (whatever that means), “order coming soon” (have to admit I believed it), then “order on track” again then “order coming soon” again, I’ve had no actual date posted and even after multiple calls to ee, all of which the “customer care advisor” states “delivery within 28 days of order” I’ve been given no information at all. This whole episode has been a shambolic joke, especially if you look at the site it still says “in stock” with a sub heading “delivery within 28 days”, I’m sorry but it’s either in stock (should be next day delivery) or not in stock( in that case stop lying to your customers ee!)

EE are still selling and promising deliveries which cannot be fulfilled. It’s poor business ethics!
