Hi. Can someone give me an update on my order that was placed on 9th November 2020 with an estimated wait time of 21 days approx. Ordered in pacific blue 128gb

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro Pacific Blue on a first come first serve basis. 

 

We are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible. We are sorry for the delay.

@Katie_B By first come first serve you mean whoever ordered it first. I've ordered mine over 31 days ago and still no sign or update. I'm a new EE customer and I'm already disappointed in the service.
