iPhone 12 Pro Max

I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro Max Silver 128gb on the 20th of November and was told it would be a week maximum for dispatch, it’s been 9 days with absolutely no word from EE, I called customer services to be told nothing except the current wait time is 3 weeks but I feel that is unfair seeing as how I was told it would be a week and didn’t even receive any updates regarding wait time, I’ve seen that EE are doing a first come first serve basis however my sister ordered the exact same phone 2 days after me and has hers already, can someone at least give me a rough time frame when I can expect my phone or some information other than that DPD will text me updates about my delivery?

Did they say that everything was OK with the order?

The current delivery estimate is to expect dispatch within 7 days.

Is it definitely the Pro Max that you ordered? Did you get a confirmation email?

I have the same timeline as above and the exact order of the silver pro max 128GB and was told 7 days and it should have been delivered last week but no news from ee or any correspondence of any sorts??? How is it that you guys are still claiming 7 days dispatch with so many pending orders that haven't even been delivered?

I was also told the same and all I’ve got on tracking is back order is confirmed couldn’t somebody help me with when this will Be expected

Same.  Ordered last week being told 14 days and not had any confirmation.  Happy to wait the 14 days but not feeling confident after reading here.  No e-mail.

I get things are busy, but don't promised dates that can't be delivered.

If it goes past the 14 days, it actually cost me money to stay with EE and not leave given the drop in value of my current handset (never go with the operators on a trade in... you'll get more on third party places).

Have you received your phone yet? I ordered mine on 30 November and was told 14 days max. I still haven’t received it and am trying to get an idea of how far back they still haven’t fulfilled orders from
