error trying the upgrade

Good evening, 

I am trying to upgrade online for ease however once at the checkout stage - it just keeps whirling and will not confirm upgrade or move to the confirm page. It has been doing this for the past 3 days now.

Please also provide colour and memory size.

Hi Katie ... I have tried another computer and still the same whirling icon at the end of the purchase. I am after the iPhone 11 64G in preferably yellow but the green of no yellows available.
