I want to pay my mobile bill and my card has expired, can you charge the bill amount in my bank account again, please?

This user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account. You need to raise this with CS.
Can't you change it yourself in your online MyEE > Menu > A/C Settings > Manage my Cards?
Try using Fast Payment using your UK debit card.
