apparently you can only redeem a discount code online now
I am a customer of 18 years and my brother inlaw works for open reach
he has given me 3 discount codes for family and friends I called the customer service team that told me a discount code can be applied 6 months after starting a contract
at which point I asked when my 6 months were up I had 5 days remaining guess what 5 days have now passed and I've just been fobbed off continuously I also ordered 2x iPhone 12 max pro and was told when I receive them I add the codes then guess what thats a lie
I managed to cancel them but the money ee took from my card for both phones upfront cost hasn't been returned to my card but I allowed to have some account credit fantastic news just what I wanted NOT I was advised to reorder the phones online and add the codes at the end guess what the codes couldn't be added and ee took more money off my card at this point im struggling to stay a customer to ee as there are so many companies out there offering fantastic deals for 1/4 off EE's prices
think the only option for me is to cancel my order once again and buy the phones direct from apple and get a sim only deal from anther company
