Wrong plan

I ordered Galax 21S Ultra with Essential 100GB on 15th Jan.

I got an email for what I ordered.

And then I got a confirmation email 18th and I didn't read it until today and it said Smart 100GB plan which is more expensive. 

I called customer service to change the plan and they said they can't. 

What the scam is this???

You will need to cancel your order and reorder. 

 

Or of you already have your handset, return it within 14 days.
