Upgraded Order Being Processed

I completed an early upgrade online. Received a confirmation email stating my order was being processed.

 

The upgrade fee hasn’t been taken and I’ve had nothing further. The phone is in stock and available for next day delivery.

 

The order number also brings up an error message on the online tracker.

 

I can’t call customer services as I’ve lost my voice due to Covid.

 

Please help!!!
