Upgrade

Hi 

Does anyone know how long it should take to get the confirmation email for my upgrade, I did it online at 8am this morning not heard had anything from EE and I have had to pay for the phone

Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

yes Iv checked all my junk mail etc and nothing
