I’ve early upgraded to the iPhone 12 pro on the 19/11/20 and it is saying pre order confirmed, has anyone else had this issue as I’m eager to get the phone

It's a popular phone where Apple can't keep up with demand.
You are just going to have to wait.
It all depends on the variant and color you bought as well.
For a good indication go to the apple website and put the phone you ordered with EE to the same spec and color
It will tell you how long you'd have to wait if you purchase through them.
This would be a similar wait with every other place.
