Hi guys so yesterday morning I ordered an upgrade to the new s20ultra with the galaxy active watch. 
My problem is: no money for the deposit have been taken out of my account(yet?) and it’s been 24 hours, also, my current plan didn’t change either and I have no updates regarding my order either apart from the confirmation email but that’s it. How long should it take for it to be active and how long does it take for my new gadget to be dispatched?

Yesterday I ordered the Samsung Galaxy s20 Ultra with the galaxy active watch. 
I got an email saying “thanks for your order” and that was about it. It’s been more than 24 hours now, it says usually dispatched within a day cause it was in stock. When I check the tracking it says “sorry we can’t show you the information right now” the money for the deposit haven’t been taken out of my account either and on top of that the app now tells me I can’t upgrade anymore until January and that’s regarding my current plan not the one I should be upgraded to. Maybe it was a bug and I shouldn’t have been able to upgrade?
