Just upgraded my phone (Saturday 1st).  Received an email to say the order is being processed and I'll receive delivery updates via text (nothing as yet).  Logged back onto my EE this afternoon and there is no evidence I've upgraded my phone or plan.  My old phone and plan is still listed and I'm still being offered upgrade deals?  Does this indicate a problem?
