Hi I have received an upgrade phone today but been sent a new sim with a different number? I really need to keep my old number due to being self employed. I’ve tried to phone 150 but very busy.. Regards Michael

If you log into your My EE app and select Menu, do you have two numbers showing?

Hi., I upgraded through the EE app.. it has the new number on and my wife and child’s number on. It does show data for my current number then data for new number?
