Hello I ordered my upgrade 2 days ago via the website, I chose the Samsung s20 ultra which was in stock. I have received my email to confirm but if I try to track the order it says it can not be found.
Also when I log in it says I still have to do my upgrade and that I have an item in my basket. It also says that the s20 ultra is now out of stock... This isn't very good at all.

Did you make an upfront payment for the Samsung S20 Ultra?
Which variant have you ordered, could you let me know the know the size and colour?

Hi, no there was no upfront payment required.
It's the 128gb in black.
I have the order confirmation however if I track the order it shows nothing.

If you have the confirmation email, then your order should have been placed and DPD will send you a text the day before your delivery.
