I am due an upgrade on 3 of my devices. When I go to upgrade I just keep getting the pop up 'unable to login'. It tells me I can still do what I need to and to choose either of the two options below 'upgrade device' or 'buy new device'. It wont allow...

eSIM

Someone has ordered a replacement eSIM on my EE account, any numbers for me to contact out of hours? My phone has been cut off due to whatever has happened so I cannot call or text from my phone! Not sure if a scam person called me or if it was EE!

Currently on hold waiting for ee with this exact same problem.  Data working perfectly but unable to make a call even over 5g (150 works) this is on the full works plan
