Hi I placed an upgrade order 2 days ago, I received an xko order number but it doesn't track anything and says tracking is unavailable but will be updated. I've paid an upfront cost but heard nothing else since.

That's fair enough with the order number. I've talked to a member of the upgrades and billing teams on live chat but they have no order placed even though I've already paid £30 upfront and have the order number. Just gave me a number to ring which I've been on hold for 30 mins already so no closer there to answer yet.

@Danngh369 ..  the XKO is an order number, not a tracking number.  You should receive a tracking number when your order is on it's way with the courier.
